Developing a Mindset for Healthy Living (and weight loss too): The first step in living a healthier lifestyle is to adjust your mindset. It is typical for human beings to avoid and put off things that can be hard. Living a healthy lifestyle is HARD if we are not used to it. Staying committed is challenging, in order to do so, we need to adapt how we think about it. Join us for a 4-week course on mindset, motivation, movement, and more. All of which will help you develop tools for lasting success. This course is designed to help you reframe your thoughts and influence your motivation to make positive changes and habits in your life. This is a 4- week course, classes are Thursdays 05/11/23- 6/1/23 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
